Briefing: Module Introduction 25.08.20 | Week 1
We will not be using much creative application for this module except for
the final project whereby we would need to put together a pitch deck. From
Task 1 to Task 3, they lead to the design application of the final project
with would require us to pitch the research and design strategy to Taylors
Digital Marketing Department.
This week we were required to make a short presentation on the class to
answer two questions:
- What is analytics?
- What can you do with analytics?
Lecture 1: Data Collection 01.09.20 | Week 2
Analytics: A part of data (just numbers until you give meaning to
it).

This week we were required to understand adobe analytics' interface and
features available, once done, we need to present the key features during
class and below is the presentation slide:
Lecture 3: Emphathy Mapping 15.09.20 | Week 4
We had a lecture on how we can go about filling in the empathy
mapping chart. We were introduced on the first of the 4 len's which
is: Consumer. In which lies the persona who interacts and
participates with the brand. They are our core consumers, people who
we are trying to relate to. Persona's are fictional characters,
however, their characteristics and details are not and are not based
on assumptions but real information gathered from analytics.

The focus is on secondary school crowd to get them excited on the idea of college. Considering The Risers outreach program to build a community to which they would want to become a part of. We need to ensure that the end to end communication is seemless and provide a holistic view toward Taylor's.
